THE RESIGNATION

Article 5 of your mutual insurance company's internal regulations distinguishes between two types of resignation: compulsory resignation and voluntary resignation.

  • Automatic resignation :
This resignation primarily concerns individuals over 21 who have left school or completed their studies. Teachers on leave for personal reasons, teachers participating in cooperative programs, and those who have retired but have not paid their dues are also automatically removed from the register. However, all these individuals can rejoin the Mutual Insurance Fund if they meet the conditions specified in the internal regulations. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our professional teams will be happy to assist you.
  • Voluntary resignation :
If, for any reason, a member decides to terminate their insurance contract, they must inform the board of directors by registered letter before June 30th of the current year. The resignation takes effect on January 1st of the following year.

Reintegration

Article 56 of the internal regulations stipulates that a member who has been automatically removed from the membership list may rejoin the mutual insurance company at any time during the academic year, provided that they pay or commit to paying the annual membership fee. This reinstatement is automatic and does not require a waiting period.

A member who has voluntarily resigned can also be reinstated to an insurance contract. They simply need to submit a request to the board of directors.
