1- Common Objectives, Specific Grading Scales

Health for all is the motto of your MNET health insurance provider. To achieve this goal, which it naturally shares with the CNAM (National Health Insurance Fund), your health insurance provider is committed to helping you take care of your health while spending less money. In order to provide you with the best possible reimbursement and to allow you to cover the maximum amount of your healthcare costs, your health insurance provider has established specific reimbursement rates that differ from those of the CNAM.

2- Coordination and Complementarity

Since the creation of the CNAM (National Health Insurance Fund) on August 2, 2004, MNET has been committed to establishing a coordinated and complementary relationship with this organization. Our goal is to facilitate access to healthcare for our members and ensure they receive reimbursements as quickly as possible. To this end, we strive to simplify the administrative process for you. Therefore, the insurance company handles the transmission of your medical file, including all supporting documents, to the CNAM.

Even better, you won't have to travel or contact the CNAM to obtain reimbursement; the entire reimbursement for services will be paid by MNET. This wouldn't have been possible without the efforts of our team, which does everything possible to facilitate the exchange of information and data with the CNAM, always with the aim of minimizing waiting times.

3- Choose your field of study

To meet the needs of each of its insured members and to offer you a service that lives up to your expectations, the CNAM (National Health Insurance Fund) provides you with three different coverage options. Simply choose the option that best suits your healthcare needs. Each option has its own advantages. MNET is happy to help you make the right choice. It's important to note that this choice is valid for one year and is automatically renewed unless the insured member requests a change of coverage. The public coverage option is the default option, to which anyone who hasn't expressed a desire to enroll in a specific option will be automatically enrolled. If you have any trouble choosing the right option, please don't hesitate to contact us; our team will be available to answer all your questions. MNET is not just a service provider; it's your partner of choice for getting the best possible reimbursement.

The Public Sector (Blue Book) :
If you choose this option, you will only receive treatment in public healthcare facilities (basic health centers, university and regional hospitals, CNSS polyclinics, etc.). To benefit from this, you will have to pay a co-payment (the current contribution towards healthcare costs) which will allow you to access the various services in healthcare facilities under the Ministry of Public Health. The biggest advantage of this option is that members with chronic or long-term illnesses are exempt from paying this co-payment.

The Private Sector (Yellow Book) :
The family doctor has become key to obtaining medical coverage. To obtain this coverage, the insured must choose, as part of this process, a family doctor approved by the CNAM (National Health Insurance Fund). This doctor will treat the insured or refer them, if necessary, to a specialist. However, approval of the family doctor is not required for certain illnesses or treatments that fall under the following medical specialties : gynecology-obstetrics, ophthalmology, pediatrics, dentistry, and chronic and long-term illnesses, for which the insured has obtained prior approval from the CNAM. The advantage of this system is that you only have to pay a portion of the fees, and the CNAM covers the rest.

The Reimbursement Process (Green Book) :
This system lies at the intersection of the two previous systems. Indeed, this system allows you to receive treatment in all public healthcare facilities. It is also possible to be treated by any private healthcare provider contracted with the CNAM (National Health Insurance Fund). However, you will have to pay the full cost of treatment upfront, and the CNAM will then reimburse you according to a specific scale and a clearly defined annual limit. In the case of chronic and long-term illnesses that have been approved for coverage by the CNAM, the insured will benefit from full reimbursement of all expenses incurred without any limit, which is a significant advantage, especially if you suffer from more than one chronic illness.
